Description
Our client is seeking a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to provide A/V meeting room system troubleshooting and general Microsoft 365 administration support
Office located in Strathmore (will be in-office). Part time hours. May require some weekend and after-hour support when needed (up to 10PM on weekdays)
Must haves:
- 1+ years in a Service Desk Analyst role or Office Assistant focusing on A/V meeting room system troubleshooting (Hybrid meetings)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide clear, friendly, and effective support to users
Nice to haves:
- ITSM and IT compliance experience
- Degree in Computer Science
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site A/V meeting room support, with in-person, and hybrid meeting attendees
- Support general inquiries for Office 365
- Provide holiday IT service desk coverage, as-needed basis.
