Description
Jr. Deskside Support Technician with ServiceNow/Active Directory experience to provide Level 2 support including troubleshooting, installation and resolving issues for a retail client
Duration: 12 Months (Extensions Likely)
Schedule: 4 Days/Week (30 Hours)
Hours: 8:30am-4pm (Mon-Thurs)
Location: 4 days/week onsite at Mississauga office
Start Date: February 16th 2026
Responsibilities:
- Setup and repair desktops and laptops
- Install and remove software, hardware (docking stations)
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, printing and networking issues to determine, document, and resolve issues
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Deskside Support/Desktop Technician
- ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Active Directory
AI may be used in evaluating candidates.
