Our client is Canada’s largest retailer. They’re looking for an Intermediate Technical Project Coordinator to support Business Process Improvement and Project Management initiatives.

Duration: 6 Months

Location: 3 days/week onsite (Brampton or Toronto)


Responsibilities:

  • Create project task-related trackers, create processes, and create efficiencies. Project Tracking: Tasks, Resources, Progress, and Budget.
  • Ensure all project aspects are in line with timelines and deliverables. Assign, monitor, and track resources effectively to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate on Project Management initiatives, putting together and providing input into project plans, taking notes/creating project documentation, and coordinating information flow.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across business and technical teams.


Must Have Skills:

  • Technical Project Coordination experience
  • JIRA and Confluence
  • Excel - V-Lookups, Pivot Tables
  • Creating processes/efficiencies; Burn Down Charts, RAID Logs, etc.


Nice to Haves:

  • Loyalty/Rewards or Retail/E-Commerce experience
