Our financial services client is seeking a Intermediate Technical Help Desk (6+ years) to support access provisioning using ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure
Join a hybrid team supporting enterprise access management and request fulfillment projects within a leading financial organization. This role focuses on service request handling, system access management, and end-user troubleshooting through ServiceNow and Microsoft tools. It offers potential for contract extension or conversion to full-time within an established IT service group.
Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Once per week (Tuesdays) and the second Friday of the month.

Must Haves
- ServiceNow request management and incident tracking
- Active Directory user provisioning and access control
- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Exchange support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking
- Post-secondary education in information technology or related field
Nice to Have
- PowerShell scripting
- Tableau reporting
- Power BI analytics
Responsibilities
- Support access request provisioning by granting, modifying, or revoking user access to systems and applications
- Manage requests and incidents through ServiceNow following security and business policies
- Interpret escalated issues from first-level support and apply documented resolutions
- Research and update documentation for recurring problems or new issue types
- Assist with troubleshooting across enterprise systems, applications, and access services
