Description
Our public sector client is seeking Intermediate Systems Administrator to support level 2/3 tickets within Sharepoint and Microsoft Project Platform (P2M, PPM)
Calgary-based office. Candidates will be required to be in-office 1-2 days/week in Calgary. 37.5 hour work week
Must haves:
- 4+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator focusing on criticality of incidents and managing priorities
- 3+ years of experience supporting Sharepoint and Project Online (Project and Program Management)
- Experience with query data using SQL
- Experience with ticketing systems (BMC Remedy)
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and other Office 365 applications
- Ability to provide basic technical support for applications on smartphones
- Knowledge of OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and other Office 365 applications
- Knowledge of BMC Remedy IT Service Management
- Ability to provide basic technical support for applications on smartphones
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and triage support tickets
- Work with clients to understand requirements
- Action client requests
- Resolve or reroute the ticket to appropriate groups
- Document solutions and ensure knowledge transfer to other resources
- Provide input and best practices to other IT staff
- Communicate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
- Conduct analysis of statistical data and metrics to identify emerging issues and problems and quality assurance reports to verify accuracy of data, review reports for anomalies or variations, generates reports and resolves discrepancies.
