6 months
5 times a week on site at 1 Dundas St. W
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficient in VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, and extensive experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019
• Development of ASP.NET MVC, WPF, and .NET Windows desktop applications
• Creation and maintenance of Web and Windows services for data consumption by applications and workflows
• Expert in SQL Server 2014-2022: skilled in T-SQL, database design, implementing database objects, writing stored procedures, and optimizing performance
• Experience with Active Reports, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for Windows and Web applications
Nice to Haves:
• Experience with treasury systems development, integration of market data in financial applications, and rapidly understanding financial terms and concepts
• Strong business analysis, software specification, troubleshooting skills, and ability to translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
