Our industrial technology client is seeking a Intermediate/Senior Tier 2/3 Application Support Analyst to troubleshoot and maintain SCADA and SaaS based applications for various business units within the enterprise


This role is Hybrid (3 days onsite in Calgary: Tuesday-Thursday),

You will be required to be on-call for a week every 5 weeks


Must Haves

  • 5+ years in Application Support supporting Tier 2/Tier 3 environments
  • Experience supporting SCADA systems or equivalent business-specific applications for business units such as: field services and construction
  • Experience with any ticketing system such as: FreshService or ServiceNow
  • Experience supporting Windows-based servers and general understanding of instrastructure/networks


Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of SQL for query troubleshooting
  • Advanced Excel formulas


Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot SCADA and business unit specific application issues
  • Handle Tier 2/Tier 3 escalation tickets
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve incidents on Windows servers
  • Document solutions and update system knowledge articles
  • Coordinate with infrastructure teams during server or network issues
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
  • Ensure operational stability of key business applications
