Intermediate Security Analyst with Microsoft Enterprise ID experience to support one of our major banking clients- 39774/40135

Location Address: - Scarborough-Hybrid, 2 days in the office per week.

Contract Duration: Asap - Oct 31st ( Possibility of extension)

Schedule Hours: 9 am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week - It could be potential afternoon and overnights (Shift-based) - OT - Yes.

Story Behind the Need

Business group: Identity management operations: Enterprise security for the bank. Ensuring any access is safe for the bank

Project: Cloud IDP project for VPN migration to Entra enterprise-wide before decommissioning the current MFA.

Daily activities:

Troubleshooting user issues migrating to Entra and working to migrate users from remote access VPN to Entra

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

• Support CloudIDP migration and resolve MFA, Passwordless, WHfB, and FIDO2 issues.

• Ensure identity and MFA compliance for employees, contingent workers, and vendor resources

• Utilize troubleshooting skills to understand systems’ issues and the potential root causes

Support the accelerated decommissioning of Entrust VPN by assisting with migration readiness, user transition activities, and issue remediation to ensure a smooth and timely cutove

Must-have requirements:

1. 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Enterprise ID

2. Experience with ServiceNow

3. Experience conditional access policy and strong understandingding on compliance.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1. Security Cybersecurity Domain certification (Security + or CC)

2. Previous experience with the Identity modernization program or large-scale migration

3. Experience of supporting executive users.

4.Spanish Fluency

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field or relevant experience.

Best VS. Average Candidate:

The best candidate is someone with hands on experience in migration projects involving Microsoft technologies or the identity domain, and who has a strong understanding of information security.

If candidates don’t have Microsoft experience, the hiring team will not shortlist them.
