Intermediate Project Manager with OSFI experience to lead projects within a Global Technical Resilience Program- 16333
Location: Hybrid/ Toronto (3 Days a Week on site)
Duration: ASAP until 08/30/2026
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Overview: The ETS PMO Project Manager will oversee delivery of key workstreams under the Global Technical Resilience Program-including Service Mapping, Resilience Framework, Operational Checklists, and Rapid Recovery Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and track project plans and milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Support governance through Steering Committees, Design Authorities, and Transformation Forums.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks/issues.
• Partner with Risk & Control Governance to ensure regulatory alignment (including OSFI).
• Manage scope, requirements, and stakeholder expectations within budget and timelines.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies across the program portfolio.
• Provide monthly status reporting on project health, costs, scope, and benefits.
• Facilitate communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Requirements:
• 5+ years managing multiple projects within a broader program.
• Experience delivering technical solutions meeting OSFI regulatory and resilience requirements.
• Proven ability to escalate, communicate, and manage complex risks/issues.
• Strong analytical capability (Excel).
Nice to have: PMP or equivalent.
Education: University Degree.
