Location: Brampton HQ (3-4 days onsite)
Duration: Initial contract through December 31, 2026
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support a range of initiatives within its Cyber Security portfolio. With over 100 active initiatives, this role will help drive execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent IT and security projects.
This is not a single-project role. The successful candidate will step in where structure, coordination, and delivery oversight are needed across the portfolio.
- Drive execution across multiple IT and cybersecurity initiatives
- Maintain status reporting, RAID logs, and executive-ready updates
- Manage stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination
- Track risks, issues, and change requests
- Support governance processes and portfolio-level oversight
Must-Have Experience
- 5-8 years of Project Management experience in IT environments
- Strong fundamentals in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent initiatives
- Ability to operate in a structured (non-Agile) security environment
- Comfortable stepping into evolving or loosely defined projects
Nice to Have
- Exposure to cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise security initiatives
