Intermediate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support the design, build, and implementation of a new D365 CRM online solution

Our enterprise client is seeking an Intermediate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support the design, build, and implementation of a new D365 CRM online solution.

Working Model: 100% remote (open to candidates across Canada, ideally Western Canada)

Duration: Initial 1-year contract or full-time, permanent position to start!

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer with at least 2+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online development environments
• At least 2 full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementations
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments)
• Experience working in Agile project environments
• Experience with RESTful APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proficient experience with .NET development (C# & ASP.NET)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous experience working with Dynamics 365 in the education sector
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the implementation vendor and internal partners to support the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 components (including Power Platform) to meet business and technical requirements.
• Support configuration, testing, and rollout of Dynamics 365 modules.
• Contribute to integration design and development between Dynamics 365 and internal platforms such as .NET-based systems.
• Participate in solution design, documentation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ensure development activities align with best practices and organizational standards.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 deployments, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Apply Cloud and Security best practices for Dynamics 365 and Azure environments, including identity management, data protection, and compliance.
• Assist with post-go-live support, enhancements, and user training.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and technical team members to ensure successful implementation in alignment with institutional needs.
