Description
Our public sector client is seeking a Intermediate Management Consultant to assist with IT operational effectiveness focusing on finance and training and development
Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada, working CST hours.
Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a Management Consultant with a focus on operational effectiveness focusing on finance and training and development
- Consulting experience for enterprise level organizations
- Previous change management experience
Nice to haves:
- Bachelors Degree in business management and/or administration preferred (Management Consultant certificate is considered an asset)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Providing analysis for current business practices and make recommendations for greater efficiencies and process improvements.
- Understand business strategy and organizational requirements that require re-evaluation
- Investigate areas for improvement
- Identify gaps and create action plan from current to future state
- Develop business models to prepare recommendations
- Provide internal/external consulting to senior business stakeholders
