Description
Our client is seeking an Intermediate Facilities Project Manager to assist with light infrastructure and maintenance replacements within a post secondary facility. This contract will run until March 31st, 2026 which is the end of the fiscal with a very strong likelihood of renewal.
Must Have:
- 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager for Infrastructure or Facilities projects such as:
- upgrading and replacing fire alarms
- upgrading security systems
- upgrading lighting
- renovations
- Experience managing the scope, budget and schedule for a series of projects
- Experience coordinating and working with vendors
