Duration: 1 year (Good Chance of Extension)

Work Location: Hybrid- Toronto or Missisuaga - 3 days in office

Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week


Position Description

Digital Solutions Manager (DSM) is responsible for commercialization of Digital in-house and 3rd party technology. DSM will partner with Strategy, Product and PMO on how to operationalize new technology and lead the commercialization process. DSM will be responsible for overseeing the successful launch of new products, features, and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital technology, project management, and experience leading cross-functional teams.


Hourly Rate: 38-48/ Hour


Job Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Strategy, PMO, Digital Care, Marketing to develop and execute commercialization plans

Monitor and analyze commercialization metrics to measure the success of commercialization efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Work with the product and project management teams to ensure product readiness for launch and raise any concerns.

Collaborate with the Digital Care and Marketing team to ensure a seamless operations and customer experience during and after the product launch.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Compass Digital in-house and third-party applications while understanding applications constraints, capabilities, and upcoming enhancements.

Build unwavering trust with internal and external counterparts

Leverage learnings across products rollouts to develop a commercialization playbook.

Education and Skill Requirements:

College or University degree in Business Administration, Computer science, IT, Engineering or similar fields with transferable skills.

5+ years of experience in product commercialization, technical implementations, business analyst, consulting, project management related roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently, great attention to detail.

Ability to strategize and multitask while managing multiple projects.

Proactive, assertive, and collaborative contributor.

Entrepreneurial with a self-starter mindset

Proficiency in Smartsheets & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project; capable of learning new technology quickly.

Result driven mentality, with bias for speed and action

Strong business acumen

Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully launching products or features is an asset
