Intermediate Deskside Support Analyst to provide on-site hardware, software and infrastructure support for multiple clients

Our client is seeking a Intermediate Deskside Support Analyst to provide on-site hardware, software and infrastructure support


Calgary-based role. Candidates will be traveling to multiple client sites. Must have a drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle


Must haves:

  • 4+ years of Deskside Support or Service Desk Support focusing on hardware, software and infrastructure support
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle that can transport computer equipment
  • Experience supporting O365, understanding of networking protocols and experience with replacing hardware components
  • Ability to lift 20KG on your own


Nice to haves:

  • ITIL Certificate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to onsite Client project and support issues. Identify hardware / software problems and offer solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Analyze situations, diagnose problems, develop, and implement solutions, within sometimes narrow timelines
  • Repair of customer issues making sure to meet set client deliverables
  • Ensure Projects requirements are met and follow-up with customers and System Engineers to ensure all their needs were met.
