Our national retail client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst with pharmacy patient management system exp for the development of a specialty pharmacy web portal - 28466

Location: Mississauga - on site Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays

Duration:6 months

Scope: Development of a new Specialty pharmacy web portal for the management of speciality patient prescriptions and medical files - to intake tasks assigned to the pharmacists by the patient support program for patients with critical illnesses.

Must Haves:

• 4 years Business Analyst experience
• 1+ year Pharmacy patient management systems (Kroll Preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Specialty Pharmacy exp

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and/or participate in the analysis of business processes and functional requirements with stakeholders for required system enhancements and prepare appropriate documentation to communicate and validate the information
• Provide stakeholders with analysis to address their needs; determine the best way to deliver the analysis requested by exploring multiple alternatives and creating prototypes for evaluation where requested.
• Provide timely, accurate, and relevant information to enable decision making and support desired business outcomes using MS Excel and applications/tools available.
