Contract Duration: 6 months

Remote/Hybrid: Every Monday and every 3rd Friday

Job Description: Product Manager with Change Management Expertise


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager with experience in change management to join our team. This role is crucial in evaluating and enhancing existing processes to align with the Visa Debit Modernization Project. The successful candidate will coordinate change management activities across multiple teams in the Bank and assist in executing the communication plan for the Visa Modernization Project.

Key Responsibilities

Process Evaluation and Improvement

• Support the assessment of existing processes and document impacts from the Visa Debit Modernization Project.

• Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Change Management Coordination

• Lead and coordinate change management activities with various teams to facilitate smooth transitions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including training and support materials.

• Monitor and report on the progress of change management initiatives.

Operational Journey Support

• Work with cross-functional teams to create detailed operational journeys.

• Identify potential operational challenges and devise strategies to address them.

• Ensure operational journeys align with overall project objectives.

Communication Plan Development

• Assist in crafting and executing a comprehensive communication plan for the Visa Modernization Project.

• Create and distribute communication materials to stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

• Gather feedback and adjust communication strategies as necessary.

Must haves:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, process improvement, and change management.

2. 3+ years of payments experience

Nice to have:

1. Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with Visa debit products, is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to analyze complex processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Change Management -Expertise in managing change initiatives and ensuring successful implementation.

Education and Certifications: Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
