Degree/Certifications Required: no

Years of experience: 5 years and up

Reason for request/why opened: mat leave coverage

% Interaction with Stakeholders: high amount

Project Scope: Supporting multiple lines of business

Team Size: 9 people

Selling Points of Position: long term contract, opportunity for a foot in the door with the bank.


Best Vs Average Candidate: Previous procurement (must have) and financial services, technology experience ( nice to haves)

Being able to work with tight deadlines, multiple priorities, work w/ stakeholders, customer service mindset.

Financial Analysis would also be important


SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing different stakeholder relationships, helping with the process. Onboarding new vendors, renewals.

Net new engagements will be assigned

Ongoing vendor governance

Risk scorecards, managing ongoing activities, and monitoring vendor performance.


MUST HAVE:

1.) Procurement experience

5.) Customer service mindset- working w/ internal partners, risk oversight functions. Need to be able to deliver for the business
