Work Location: HYBRID 2 days a week in office - Moving to 4 days Nov 3rd


Scope of Project: High degree of transformational change/ whereby two businesses will be amalgamated into 1; impacting multiple processes, procedures and technology tools

Team Size/Culture: 5 ppl


Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and facilitation of a highly visible initiative with the Wealth business. Training content will include technical systems training, procedural training, and process training. Training may be a combination of virtual and in-person, and will run concurrently on a weekly basis. Additional job responsibilities include:

• Develop training procedure, manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.

• Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness.

• Assess additional training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers.

• Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.

• Meet with department leads and SME's to determine training needs.

• Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

1.) Facilitation skills (virtual and in -person)

2.) Webex and engagement tools such as Slido

3.) Working on large initiatives with multiple streams ( client facing & Operations )

NICE-TO-HAVE

1.) FI / Banking / Technology fields

2.) Bilingual (French) (spoken)

3.) Develop on the job and post training reference material such as user guides, demo video's, etc

4.) experience with Thrive
