Int. IT Asset Management Coordinator with ServiceNow experience to provide operational support and prevent backlogs while maintaining service levels for our payments client

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Etobicoke - 5x/week ONSITE

High‑Level Responsibilities

• Receiving and reconciling shipments (signing shipping documents, verifying quantities and condition, and logging receipts in ServiceNow)
• Asset tagging and record updates (applying asset tags, capturing serial numbers, and ensuring records are accurate and audit‑ready in ServiceNow)
• Storage and inventory management (maintaining correct asset storage locations based on disposition-deployment, repair, lease return, or disposal)
• Supporting lifecycle activities such as lease returns, device retrieval and shipping coordination, and termination/LOA asset collection
• Assisting with physical audits and reconciliation as required

Must Haves:

• Prior experience in IT asset management, logistics, warehouse, or asset coordination roles
• Experience in environments with frequent asset movement, returns, and audits
• Proven experience maintaining accurate, audit‑ready asset records in ServiceNow or a similar ITAM system
• Able to safely lift, move, and handle IT equipment up to 40 lbs
• Hands‑on experience updating, reconciling, and auditing asset data in ServiceNow or a similar platform
• Familiar with secure handling, data sanitization, and chain‑of‑custody practices
