Our large banking client is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst - EGRC (56599) to work on an EGRC platform migration.

Interview Process: 2 rounds Virtual Camera on

Work Location (Remote, Hybrid or Both?): Hybrid- 2 days per week moving to 4 days a week in 2026 (TBD).

Project Scope: EGRC platform migration, from one platform to another

Summary of duties:

• Write and drive Requirements Strategy, Requirements Package, Oversee approvals gathering.
• Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders by applying a variety of techniques to probe, elicit, challenge, understand, and gain consensus on requirements.
• Identify, document, and validate current state processes and support stakeholders to design the desired future state; provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.

Must Have Skills:

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Requirements Gathering
• Working in Ambiguous environments
• Hybrid Agile @scale experience
• Self starter
• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with various stakeholders
• BAU Issue review and guidance to resolve - Day2 ( will not fix defects this will go to the proper pod)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Data analysis skills (mapping data flows, data retention, system interactions)
• Worked on similar projects- worked on large/strategic legal/risk initiatives.
• Banking experience
• Regulatory OR compliance experience
