Int Web Developer to maintain and enhance a Enterprise Knowledge Management System using SharePoint, HTML, and Adobe tools

On behalf of our Defence client, S.i. Systems is searching for an Int Web Developer to maintain and enhance a Enterprise Knowledge Management System using SharePoint, HTML, and Adobe tools.

Located and performed on-site in a secure environment in central Ottawa, this contract shall run from August 1st 2025 and last until March 31st, 2026 with a strong chance of multiple extensions.

Job Tasks:

• Engage with the IT Knowledge manager to ensure that the Stakeholders have reliable and up to date tools and help develop processes on how to use these monitoring tools.
• Develop an Enterprise Knowledge Management System that will be used by all Stakeholders.
• Engage with the Knowledge Manager to ensure that the client has reliable and up to date knowledge Base to share information and enable effective and timely decision making
• Provide a collaborative, agile and scalable Knowledge Management System that is fully automated and accessible extensively in both classified and unclassified environments.
• Develop a new and interactive templates, table of contents, index, glossary items.

Deliverables:

• Present design specifications including User interactive interfaces and navigation menus
• Automate the workflows on the site.
• Create Forms, calendars, blogs, alerts etc. Content indexing and search capabilities
• Create a user portal to host existing applications and contents on the cloud platform
• Web content administration/management capabilities to create, manage, publish, and control dynamic collection content.
• Support for document management with managed metadata including troubleshooting website Problems and bugs.
• Monitoring Website traffic by use of Data Analysis
• Set up threshold on web performance and usage
• Maintain daily tracking of work schedule, completed tasks and deliverables

Must Have:

• 5 years developing front end and back-end web content, technical documentation.
• 1 year of combined experience as a web developer working with HTML coding and Adobe creative suites
