Description
Our client is a national healthcare company. They are looking for a Int Project Manager/Delivery Lead to manage a Microsoft Exchange implementation.
Business line: Healthcare - Specialty Care
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Brampton - 4 days/week onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Exchange implementation project. Partner with enterprise-level technical teams, including Azure AD, IAM, and network security.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between local teams and the broader enterprise service organization.
- Create collateral, including charters, workback schedules, RAID logs, and executive-ready documentation.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments-including difficult customers and teams undergoing organizational change.
- Ensure alignment between enterprise expectations and local capabilities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive unified delivery across teams with varying levels of maturity and engagement.
Must Have Skills:
- Project and/or Delivery Management experience
- Experience leading Microsoft Exchange, Azure AD, and IAM implementations
- Experience collaborating with security, infrastructure, and technology teams
- Strong risk management and stakeholder management experience.
