Int Business Analyst to ensure downstream trades are accurate (equities/derivatives) working within capital markets for our financial client - 52080
Duration: 1 year - June 30th 2025 with chance of extension
Work Location: Hybrid- 2 days a week in office Downtown Toronto
Will they be working a rotational schedule: Mon to Friday 9:30 to 6 pm.
Overtime or weekends required: Could be OT from time to time.
Reason for opening: Covering for a leave
Interviews: 2 rounds of interviews
SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Analyst position will be a support function, assisting the Global Equity Derivatives Trading desk with Trade Capture Affirmation along with Cancel and Amendment functions.
- Managing trades in book of records trading system
- Trade affirmations
- Making sure trading risk is accurate on trade day, ensuring downstream process are not impacted.
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ yrs as a Business Analyst
- Capital markets experience - 5 years
- Equity derivates experience
- Global equity derivatives experience
- MS Office- proficient
- Ability to work well with different stakeholders in trades/sales
