Our multinational consulting services client is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to support key business applications including Aveva AIM, ServiceNow, Workday, P6, and OpenText Content Server across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments.


Note: Must be eligible for Nuclear clearance (typically 5+ years in Canada)

Schedule: Must work EST hours, FULLY REMOTE



Must-Have:

  • 5+ years in application support (including Aveva AIM experience)
  • Proficiency in: SQL, ServiceNow, MS Azure, Windows Server, MySQL, Oracle, IIS, SolarWinds
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Canadian energy sector or federal cybersecurity environments
  • Scripting skills (Python, Shell, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with ITIL, ASP.NET, JavaScript
  • Expertise in Aveva AIM performance optimization and integration


Duties:
  • Provide daily application support and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Respond to incidents via ServiceNow and ensure minimal business disruption
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams (Dev, Cloud, Infra, DB, Security)
  • Conduct system monitoring, upgrades, and application installations
  • Document support processes and deliver user training
  • Lead team meetings and triage tickets to Level 3 support as needed
