Engineering Manager - Mobile (iOS & Android Pods) - PC Health Integration

Overview:

Loblaw Digital is seeking two experienced Engineering Managers to lead mobile engineering pods focused on the development of PC Health and its integration with pharmacy systems. This is ideal for candidates with a solid background in managing cross-functional mobile teams and delivering large-scale consumer-facing apps.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing mobile teams (Android and/or iOS)

• Familiarity with Swagger (Android) and Swift (iOS) development environments

• Experience delivering complex mobile products in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries

• Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably GCP; AWS or Azure also acceptable)

• Strong project management, people leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills

• Experience working in agile teams and managing system integrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead iOS and Android engineering pods to deliver PC Health features and pharmacy system integration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Design, and Backend

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable mobile solutions

• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performance team culture

• Report on delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership
