Our financial services client is seeking a Data Analyst (5-7 years) to support Clarity financial management and data accuracy improvement

This role supports BAU operations by analyzing financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating corrections across business segments. The position operates within a collaborative eight-person team and offers hybrid work flexibility in downtown Toronto.

Must Haves

• Excel for large data analysis, formulas, and file merging
• Clarity financial management platform experience
• Background in large organization environments
• Demonstrated financial data analysis capability
• Post-secondary education in business or related field

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Jira

Responsibilities

• Extract data from the financial book of record (Clarity)
• Assess data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and determine causations
• Summarize findings and develop plans to resolve identified issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
• Evaluate process improvement opportunities within future reporting cycles
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor resources as required
