Business Analyst -support transformation of digital student services for our Higher Education client.

Position Overview:


This role supports the ongoing enabling and support of key product features, focusing on enhancing admissions, enrolment, and student services across all of the Student Experience Program. You will work with partners to identify future use cases based on strategic priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering / Business Process Analysis / Documentation / Relationship Management / Solution Assessment / Gap Analysis / Feasibility Studies / Change Management / Business Case Development

A minimum of five years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT, digital transformation, or higher education projects

Knowledge of Salesforce and/or CRM systems (particularly in higher education contexts for student lifecycle management will be an asset)

Proven ability to deliver high-quality analysis in agile and Azure DevOps environments (product backlog, sprint goals & outcomes), working closely with

architects and product teams
