Our valued telecommunications client is seeking a Bilingual Project Manager to support internal team transformation initiatives.

Initial 4-month contract, hybrid in Montreal, QC (l'île des sœurs) 2 days/week onsite and 3 days/week remote.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing various organizational change & process improvement projects. You will need to have a strong work methodology, a good understanding of change management, following up on multiple projects simultaneously within a large program, preparing financial reporting, and building/giving presentations to management.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of the project management life cycle including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, project tracking, monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project Plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Communication Plan, Status Reports, ...etc.).
• Maintain the Project Management Office Library with lessons learned database, and apply lessons learned to all initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of templates, procedures and processes as part of the continuous improvement process.

Must Have Skills:

• 2-3 years' experience as a project manager
• Excellent french and english communication
• Strong experience driving initiatives related to organizational and cultural change (not IT related change)
• You must hold or be eligible for a Level II Government of Canada (Secret) Clearance.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Project management certificate
