Line of Business: Digital Technology: Online and mobile banking - front end applications

Target Start Date: Asap

Contract Duration: 10 months

Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - in office every weds and 3rd Friday

Job Description:

- Expert in use case activity diagrams

System use cases showing interaction between user/DCT systems/supporting actors

Propter notation

System use cases are NOT screen flow

- Understanding and working with business rules and how they relate to systems

- Understanding data and data movement; integration with external systems

- Facilitating requirement discussions with business and technical resources

- Expert in understanding the software development lifecycle

- Collaborate with UX and content teams

- Supporting QA and using QA tools to do that support

Must haves:

1. Experience as a BSA - 8 Years

2. Confluence/JIRA/MS Teams/ALM - 5 years

3. Expert in use case activity diagrams and transforming use cases into stories/scenarios/acceptance criteria for Dev/QA workflow and consumption

4. Previous mobile banking experience - 2 years

5. experience with AI projects - 1 year

Nice to have:

- Banking/FI industry experience

- CBAP Certification

Education and Certifications: CBAP - nice to have - focus is more on work experience
