Ai Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled AI Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. The AI Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, develop AI-powered solutions, and integrate them into our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Design and Development:**

* Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models using various tools and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.

* Develop and maintain large-scale AI systems, including data pipelines, model training, and model serving.

2. **Data Analysis:**

* Collect, analyze, and preprocess large datasets to develop and train AI models.

* Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures.

3. **Model Training and Deployment:**

* Train and test AI models using various techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.

* Deploy models to cloud-based platforms such as AWS, OCP, Google Cloud, or Azure.

4. **Collaboration and Communication:**

* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design to identify business problems and develop AI-powered solutions.

* Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.

5. **Testing and Quality Assurance:**

* Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure AI models meet business requirements and are free of errors.

* Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute testing plans.

6. **Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:**

* Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, including new tools, technologies, and techniques.

**Requirements:**

1. **Education:**

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

2. **Technical Skills:**

* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java/OOP. Proficient with Python, FastAPI, LangChain, SQL, Elasticsearch, RAG.

Developer with experience using AI with focus on AI and ML experiences.

* Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

* Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.

3. **Experience:**

* At least 1-3 years of experience in AI and machine learning development.

* Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable AI systems.

4. **Soft Skills:**

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Certified AI or machine learning professional certifications such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Machine Learning Engineer.
