Location: North York - Hybrid - 3 to 4 times per week.

Overview:

Senior Technical Product Owner with a strong actuarial background to lead adjudication rule definition for the Healthwatch platform. This role will act as the subject matter expert to define, refine, and deliver business rules where both the business and product teams lack existing domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document adjudication business rules for the Healthwatch platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product to translate actuarial insights into technical requirements.
• Act as the knowledge bridge between actuarial science and system implementation.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize enhancements based on value and feasibility.
• Ensure alignment of adjudication logic with compliance, health benefit policies, and system capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Actuarial expertise with a solid understanding of healthcare adjudication.
• Experience as a Senior Technical Product Owner or equivalent in a tech-focused environment.
• Ability to independently define business rules in the absence of detailed business guidance.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
