What will you do?

  • Train, coach and develop administrative team members
  • Define, measure and report on the metrics and effectiveness of the company’s administrative processes
  • Manage daily, monthly, and yearly objectives within budget
  • Accountable for the end to end execution of Central Services projects, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Represent Central Admin on all business-driven projects
  • Develop effective project plans and supporting documentation for the Central Admin on all initiatives
  • Timely delivery of milestones and objectives in accordance with the project plans
  • Manage engagement and timelines with the project teams and subject matter resources, conduct regular project meetings to capture status updates, deliver tasks, drive progress and identify risks
  • Conduct timely stakeholder meetings to provide updates and navigate questions/feedback for the project team
  • Control risk by managing the project team and stakeholder expectations, project/program scope, and take proactive actions to resolve problems
  • Escalate appropriate decisions and risks to senior leadership stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Provide recommendations for stakeholders to optimize processes and address operating challenges to achieve operating goals and objectives
  • Utilize technology to streamline workload, enable implementation of recommendations and improve data management.
  • Provide support in deployment management where applicable
  • Deliver post-implementation analysis on all projects
  • Build and foster cross functional relationships within the business

 

What do you bring?

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a centralized team environment
  • Solid background in project planning and coordination
  • Hands-on knowledge of project management methodologies including scheduling, plan development, reporting, risk/issue assessment, and driving results
  • Familiarity with Reliance systems, products, and internal processes
  • Proven ability to lead meetings, define clear objectives, and communicate effectively
  • Strong technical aptitude for supporting new software implementations and system testing
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking abilities with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Reliable, self-driven, and proactive in approach
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Toronto and Cambridge as required
