Job SummaryJob DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?As a Technical System Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the performance, security, and reliability of our Kofax TotalAgility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PowerShell scripting, managing IIS on Windows Server, and experience with automation tools such as Ansible. Familiarity with Kofax TotalAgility is a definite plus.WHAT WILL YOU DO?As Part of a team supporting a mission critical application across 300 Windows servers, you will:Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system automation and management tasks.Configure and manage IIS on Windows Server to ensure optimal performance and security.Utilize Ansible for automation of repetitive tasks and streamline system administration processes.Install and support Kofax TotalAgility to ensure efficient document and business process management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.Implement security best practices and stay updated on the latest industry trends.Perform remediation on Windows servers to meet compliance standardsDocument procedures and processes of scripting, automation and manual task for all related work tasks.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:5+ years in the operations/support of Windows Server.Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for system administration tasks.In-depth knowledge of IIS configuration and administration on Windows Server.Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.Familiarity with Kofax TotalAgility and the ability to manage and support the platform.Proven experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a teamNice-to-have:Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Ansible Automation, etc.).Previous experience in implementing and supporting document capture and workflow solutionsExperience with Quadient application softwareWhats in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
