If you have experience in shipping great products from concept through to delivery - while managing stakeholder expectations, wed love to hear from you.What you would work onContribute to our suite of products:This is an individual contributor role where you would be accountable for the design work and responsible for leading the design . Whether that be independent, or with other designers.Collaborate with partners in Product and Development to ensure the user is at the centre of design decisions.Communicate with UX Design leadership, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure design efforts are moving forward to delivering on outcomes.The day-to-day:Challenge the status quo through critical, analytical, and creative thinking.Produce the most applicable artifacts at each stage of the UX design process whether it be low, medium, or high fidelity.Navigate complexity by using different UX methods to uncover user needs and wants and solve problems.Partner with UX Research team to gain the optimal understanding of the users and their problems.Present work with clarity.
