Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?You will provide support for incident management, problem management, deployments, and maintenance. You would partner with different teams under Wealth Management. You will provide technical and functional support to the business. You will strive to improve the maintenance process. You will be responsible for maintaining the support artifacts, Knowledge Articles. You will be leading the team in front of business towards weekly status calls.What will you do? Provide production support services to Digital Support team on application reported issues.Work on Incidents reported by end users.Perform production deployments.Perform PIV in production as and when required.Maintain Different environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD) from infra perspective.Co-ordinate with different teams to get the work done.Work with Product Owners to prioritize the issues in Production.Manage and Lead incident review calls with Product OwnersRepresent team on Weekly Release Management MeetingsParticipate in Disaster Recovery exercises.Co-ordinate Annual Pen Testing for applicationsProvide weekly update to Management for various initiatives and their progress.Provide on call support on odd hours.Join standup calls with project team.Guide and assist team members with technology updates.Work towards automating day to day and other maintenance activities.Work on SRE related stuff to optimize the support process.What do you need to succeed?Must have: SQL 2016, NodeJS, Angular, OpenShift v4.3, 4.4, Jira, GitHub, ITSM/Service Now, Mongo DB 5.x, 6.X, Linux, Windows, IIS v8.x, 9.x, AzureYou should be able to work independently.You should have 2-3 years of development experience apart from 3-4 years of maintenance experience.Worked on CI/CD PipelineExcellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, interpersonal skillsAvailability to support applications outside of business hours in case of issues and deploymentsNice-to-havePrior experience of supporting Apps on Digital PlatformExposure to DevOps automationCloud tools exposure will be a big plus in this role.Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across teams and businesses.Whats in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
