Job Summary

Participates and supports strategic initiatives across the CAE Group. Responsible for the design, development and delivery of various improvements to the audit lifecycle and operational processes.

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Perform user research, prototyping, wireframing, and/or experience mapping
  • Design, develop and own process improvements enabled by technology
  • Partner with technology partners to develop innovative ways to solve challenges within the CAE Group
  • Build executive presentations, develop strategy and communicate business value of projects


Must have

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent problem solving and proven analytical skills, with a high degree of initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate multi-tasking skill
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box to develop solutions.


Nice to have

  • Experience with Business presentations
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and working with end users and clients to understand their needs.
  • Interest and understanding of up and coming technology and methodologies.
