Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Establish, monitor, and maintain project cost, schedule, and performance controls across all phases.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project control systems, baselines, WBS, and reporting tools.
  • Interface with EPCM partners and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow reports, variance analyses, and earned value (EVM) metrics.
  • Support change management, risk tracking, and project planning activities.
  • Consolidate project progress data for dashboards and leadership reporting.
  • Track permitting and stakeholder engagement deliverables as part of the Owner’s oversight.

Qualifications / Requirements
To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • 7-14 years of experience in Project Controls.
  • Experience in mining required, potash experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting capital projects valued $100M+
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Excel, and cost control systems (EcoSys, Prism, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of EPCM workflows, cost forecasting, and earned value management.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to interface across multiple stakeholders.
