Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Enforcement Auditor to join our team!
We are looking for an individual who has 310T certification, and knowledge of repairs and operation of Heavy-Duty vehicles, to serve as a Senior Enforcement Auditor in our Smart Vehicle Solutions Contact Centre located in Markham, Ontario. Enforcement Auditors serve as Vehicle Inspection Centre Auditors and subject matter experts on NSC11B diagnostics and repairs.
You will be responsible for the review of escalation reports prepared by Enforcement Auditors and providing recommendations and feedback. Review the work quality of Enforcement Auditor and provide guidance. Completing various audits assignments and assisting with program policy interpretation. Our team has been in place for more than 20 years assisting the public, vehicle owners and operators, and inspection centres across North America.
Reporting to the Audit Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Act as subject matter experts for NSC11B and SSC standards in vehicle inspections.
- Support Vehicle Inspection Centres and Technicians.
- Conduct and document audits of Safety and Emissions Inspection data.
- Analyze documentation and reports.
- Handle program inquiries via audio calls, emails, chats, and video calls.
- Ensure quality and compliance in scheduled audits.
- Assist in developing Standard operating procedures and user guides.
- Perform quality testing on new or updated technology.
- Address complex issues and liaise with departments to resolve concerns.
- Manage performance indicators and achieve response time targets.
- Maintain service levels and work independently or as part of a team.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 310T Certification
- Minimum 7 years of practical experience in an automotive service or advisor role
- On road enforcement or law enforcement background would be an asset
- Excellent telephone manner, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiating skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with composure and empathy
- Capable of multitasking and quickly adapting to new information and procedures
- Strong analytical and mechanical/technical aptitude is an asset
- Willing to work a 40-hour week with shifts from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and weekends (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Hybrid work schedule (Mandatory 2 days in-office)
- Flexible to work on Canadian holidays and remotely
