Treasury Specialist - Contract

The Opportunity: Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, the Treasury Specialist will support daily banking, risk management, and forecasting activities.

• Administer banking activities across all operating units
• Help develop consolidated cashflow forecasts
• Support treasury reporting, including variance analysis and cash positioning
• Manage debt financing requirements, related schedules, and interest forecasts
• Prepare and post periodic journal entries for banking activities
• Help prepare the annual budget and periodic forecasts with a focus on cash flow and balance sheet
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist with quarterly compliance requirements
• Support risk management-related projects
• Prepare treasury reports for senior management
• Manage and analyze the companys lease portfolio and maintain lease schedules

• You have a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• You are a team player, with solid communication and relationship building skills
• You are adaptable and responsive in a changing environment
• You thrive in fast-paced settings and can quickly add value in the short term

What Youll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 5 years of relevant experience
• An understanding of accounting principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Having a professional designation (CPA / CTP) is an asset
