What we offer:Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure all safety and non-safety plant rules and policies set out by Magna and the division are followed.
• Respond immediately to items brought to his/her attention with respect to hazards, defects or non-compliance issues.
• Adhere to Mississauga Seating Systems’ Health, Safety, and Environmental.
• Comply with legislative requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Workplace Safety & Insurance Act, including the Duties of a Supervisor and Duties of the Employer as outlined in the Occupational Health & Safety Act, s. 27 and 28 and all other applicable legal requirements.
•Three years prior working experience including 1 year of manufacturing assembly.
• Prior seat assembly experience essential.
• Able to identify product which does not meet customer expectations.
• Ability to document and communicate observed quality deficiencies. • Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must have completed Grade 12 education.
