What we offer:Job Responsibilities:
This Business Analyst, HR Systems will support the profit-sharing program. The Analyst will work very closely with the Manager, HR systems to support the process. This role is a 12-Month contract.
Your ResponsibilitiesResponsible for calculating the allocations for specific group of participants in Magna profit sharing plan
Prepare documents and instructions to support the process
Provide support to divisional HR teams during the process
Analyze data and identify data issues
Perform data cleaning
Excellent analytical and issue resolution skills
Strong computer skills including advanced Excel and Access
Ability to work with large amounts of data
Knowledge of DBMS and SQL
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
University degree in information systems, business administration, or related field
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Experience working with HR systems (experience supporting Workday / PeopleSoft is an asset)
Payroll experience is an asset
Experience with programming and coding is an asset
