In this role, the Agentic AI Tester Co-op will contribute to advancing engineering efficiency by supporting the development and validation of Agentic AI-based solutions. The student will work closely with the AI & SW Technologies team to enhance the robustness, reliability, and scalability of internal MVP applications. Responsibilities include investigating existing prototypes, creating high‑quality test data, developing test cases, automating test processes, and generating clear reporting to support decision-making. The Co-op will gain hands‑on experience in AI‑driven software development within a fast‑paced R&D environment and will play an important role in strengthening the team’s testing capabilities.
Your ResponsibilitiesInvestigate existing MVP solutions and identify opportunities to improve test coverage and reliability.
Create structured and high‑quality test datasets for AI/GenAI components.
Develop functional, regression, and scenario‑based test cases.
Automate test execution pipelines to increase testing efficiency.
Execute tests, analyze outcomes, and document findings.
Generate clear test reports that support engineering decision-making.
Strong foundational skills in Python programming.
Interest in and basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or GenAI concepts.
Engineering background or ongoing studies in a related field.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail when evaluating software behavior.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within an R&D environment.
Curiosity and motivation to explore cutting‑edge AI testing methodologies.
Experience with test automation frameworks or scripting.
Familiarity with software development workflows (Git, CI/CD, etc.).
Basic understanding of LLMs or agentic AI applications.
Prior exposure to data preparation, evaluation metrics, or model validation.
Standard office environment and Robotics/Cobot Lab.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.50 - $28.50.
