Driver / Cargo Van, $24
The Company
The company is a distributor of quality fasteners for the construction and manufacturing industry.
Position Summary
- Complete scheduled deliveries
- Assist in the warehouse when not on the road
- Inspect truck daily as per MTO Highway Traffic Act
Skills and Knowledge
- Valid G License
- Clean abstract
- 3 Years recent experience driving
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Follow all local, provincial and federal regulations and rules
- Ability to load and unload goods, use trip planner and communication with dispatch
- Experience monitoring vehicle performance, mechanical fitness and condition
- Good knowledge of GTA and Roadways
Work environment
- On the road driving / warehouse
- Steel toed safety boots
- Fast paced
- Customer friendliness is essential
- Ability to work independently and team player
