Global Clients & Markets (GC&M) partners with colleagues across Tax, Audit and Advisory to deliver market-leading solutions and strengthen client relationships, supporting KPMG's ambition to be the most trusted and trustworthy professional services firm. GC&M encompasses Accounts, Sectors, Brand & Marketing, Sales Enablement and Global ESG, and leads KPMG's Global Bridge Campaigns, which focus investment, content and sales enablement around key areas of client demand, including Healthcare priorities such as AI Enablement, Health Tech Optimization and Care Reimagined.
What you will do
- Support the Global Health Tech Optimization (HTO) bridge campaign leader and working group in executing global growth initiatives, coordinating strategic pursuit support across the network, removing barriers to success, and accelerating pipeline, bookings, and campaign outcomes.
- Support the Global Digital Healthcare Partner (who leads the Global Healthcare Oracle alliance), with planning, coordination and delivery of initiatives to strengthen our Oracle partnership, and support member firms to drive Health sector Oracle sales enablement, pipeline growth and bookings
- Work with the Global Digital Healthcare Hub team and KPMG Velocity team to support the delivery of the Global Healthcare Sector Velocity plan, focused on the HTO Bridge Campaign (eg harvesting assets and enablers to ingest in the Velocity platform); this will involve identifying, capturing and curating bridge campaign assets and enablers from member firm teams to make accessible to our global KPMG community
- Leverage the global sector support and funding that is available to sectors to drive the sector bridge campaign growth priorities (eg bridge campaign sales activation funding), and for each initiative, the preconditions for success need to be put into place, along with an embedded focus on ROI in everything we do
- Support the global bridge campaign community of SMEs (including coordinating a global bridge campaign leadership/working group team routines and cadence)
- Collaborate with other Global Sector Digital Hubs and relevant bridge campaigns, with a focus on the Global Government sector Optimizing Govt Tech Enablement bridge campaign to ensure alignment and drive synergies
What you bring to the role
- Possesses 7+ years of experience delivering professional services to Healthcare clients and/or driving alliance go-to-market execution (including Oracle) within KPMG or a similar organization
- Holds a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrates an understanding of how digital products and alliances complement the delivery of traditional services to KPMG Healthcare clients; experience in product management or product development is an asset
- Has a strong understanding of the digital solutions prioritized through KPMG's Global Collective Strategy (e.g., KPMG Velocity)
- Demonstrates flexibility in working across a global network spanning multiple time zones, with the ability to accommodate occasional non-standard working hours
- Possesses a strong commercial mindset, ideally supported by experience in business development, sales, and/or account management
- Demonstrates strong program and change management experience, preferably within KPMG, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and driving organizational change
