  • Advocate for cutting-edge tax technology, ensuring KPMG remains at the forefront of automation trends. Build scalable, standardized processes to meet member firm and client needs, leveraging strategic insights into market advancements
  • Champion global and member firm sales efforts by contributing to strategy development, identifying upselling opportunities, and participating in new client pitches to expand the business
  • Provide strategic leadership in service delivery, quality assurance, and governance by fostering high performance, driving continuous improvement, and effectively managing risk and cost-efficiency across global and regional delivery models, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and representing KDN in global forums

What you bring to the role

  • Deep understanding of compliance and process optimization, with the ability to effectively present, advocate for, and implement technology-driven automation solutions for efficiency and accuracy
  • Flexibility to accommodate a global business environment, including availability to work outside standard hours as required to align across multiple time zones
  • Strategic thinker with the aptitude to address and resolve intricate challenges across the KPMG network, as well as drive centralized delivery models for Direct Tax, Statutory Accounting, and associated Bookkeeping functions
