Description

This role involves assisting in the development and execution of a comprehensive finance transformation plan aligned with the KDN strategic roadmap. The successful candidate will collaborate with the finance team to establish policies and processes, evaluate and implement new technologies, and support organizational change management to ensure adoption of new systems and processes. They will also be responsible for establishing KPIs, reporting on progress to transformation workstream lead , and collaborating with senior leadership to align initiatives with business objectives.
What you will do
- Assist in developing and execution of a comprehensive finance transformation plan in line with KDN strategic roadmap
- Collaborate with Finance team to set up finance and accounting policies and process to ensure adequate control environment for KDN entities
- Assist with the evaluation and implementation of finance technologies, and automation tools, to improve financial and management reporting and analysis
- Support organizational change management to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies within the finance team and across the organization
- Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, to align finance transformation initiatives with business objectives
- Assist with establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives and report on progress to executive management
- Report on the progress of all Finance transformation activities to overall KDN Transformation Lead
What you bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) highly preferred.
- Progressive experience in finance, with a demonstrable focus on transformation, process improvement, or project management within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex finance transformation projects, resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of finance technologies, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade individuals at all levels of an organization.
