Our client is a growing hospitality organization with a strong and recognizable brand across Western Canada and the United States. With over 10 locations currently operating and continued expansion planned, the organization is entering an exciting period of growth.
With a head office to Calgary, the company is rebuilding and strengthening its marketing function to support continued expansion. This is an opportunity to join a relatively young marketing team and help establish the structure, processes, and execution standards needed to support a growing multi-location brand.
The Opportunity

You will lead a team of three across social media, graphic design, and digital marketing, while working closely with Operations, Finance, GM’s, suppliers, agencies, and other stakeholders.
This role is best suited to an exceptionally organized marketing professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, build detailed rollout plans, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure complex initiatives are delivered accurately and on time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an extremely organized marketing operator who excels at turning ideas into executable plans and managing multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning projects from planning through execution. Hospitality experience is a bonus, but candidates from agency, consumer, retail, or other fast-paced marketing environments are encouraged to apply.
Most importantly, you bring strong project management skills, structure, accountability, and executional excellence to a growing marketing team.

- Lead a team of three across social media, graphic design, and digital marketing
- Set priorities, coordinate workloads, review deliverables, and provide day-to-day guidance with the Director of Brand & Marketing
