Personal Lines – Sales & Service

Our client, an Insurance Brokerage with a national presence is looking for skilled sales professionals to their Personal Lines team in Oakville, ON. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a high-impact 100% inbound sales environment.

Benefits & Perks

• Base salary in the range of $55,0000 to $57,000 + commission on new business targets
• 3 weeks vacation + 8 wellness days

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound new business inquiries and provide appropriate risk coverage based on client needs
• Provide timely, accurate, and easily understood insurance quotes to prospects
• Assist with servicing existing clients for renewals, changes to policies, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team of brokers
• Foster positive relations with underwriters from various carriers and MGAs

Qualifications

• RIBO License is mandatory
• 2 years’ experience in selling to personal lines clients in a brokerage setting
• Experience with EPIC and Applied Rating Systems would be ideal
• Previous history in successfully meeting or surpassing new business/retention targets
