Description
Our client, an Insurance Brokerage with a national presence is looking for skilled sales professionals to their Personal Lines team in Oakville, ON. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in a high-impact 100% inbound sales environment.
Benefits & Perks
- Base salary in the range of $55,0000 to $57,000 + commission on new business targets
- 3 weeks vacation + 8 wellness days
- RRSP matching after 1st year of employment
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound new business inquiries and provide appropriate risk coverage based on client needs
- Provide timely, accurate, and easily understood insurance quotes to prospects
- Assist with servicing existing clients for renewals, changes to policies, endorsements, cancellations, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively within a team of brokers
- Foster positive relations with underwriters from various carriers and MGAs
Qualifications
- RIBO License is mandatory
- 2 years’ experience in selling to personal lines clients in a brokerage setting
- Experience with EPIC and Applied Rating Systems would be ideal
- Previous history in successfully meeting or surpassing new business/retention targets
