About The Opportunity
As an Electrical Project Manager your role will involve overseeing the delivery of electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will be responsible for tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining quality and compliance throughout the project. Strong leadership and communication are essential to guide teams, support project success, and build lasting client relationships.

This opportunity is available to candidates based in Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, Richmond, Coquitlam, and Maple Ridge.

About The Position

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinate with general contractors, consultants, and trades
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Manage project documentation and communication with stakeholders
• Support estimating and tender review where required
• Work closely with site supervisors and foremen to ensure projects run efficiently
• Maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence across projects

The Requirements

• Electrical construction background
• Experience working on multifamily woodframe residential projects
• Ability to manage electrical scopes across entire project lifecycle
• Strong communication and coordination with GCs, site teams, and trades
• Ability to run projects independently with minimal oversight
• Red Seal Electrician background
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Estimating experience or exposure to project tendering

Compensation

• Salary Expectations: $120,000 - $150,000 DOE
• Three weeks vacation.
